This intake is unusual: the client material is a repository of facts and voice, not images. Every claim the site makes must trace to a file below. The site never screenshots or copies the old razed site (user directive: fresh everything; history stays untouched at 06b5d52).

Color candidates (input to color, not law)

Voice source (→ copywriting)
- README.md register: confident studio metaphor that audits itself. Load-bearing phrases the client genuinely uses: "You hire a design studio. It fits in one session." · "the eyes" (Playwright) · "verification is the product" · "the bill is real" · "you're the acceptance test, never the first QA" · "Steal the principle, never the surface." · "an honest UNVERIFIED" · departments/specialists/gates/receipts/paper-trail vocabulary.
- Attribution constraints (user directive, binding on every string): the 2026-07-28 measured table + its "from one prompt, with no human touch-ups" line describe the OLD autonomous build (58 of 72 skills then) — cite only with attribution and date, and per interview R1 as prose mention + link, no table. README's sketch/flagship sizing = back-of-envelope, must read as estimate. Engagement dial priced in MINUTES of user time; scope dial in relative cost — never a shared unit. THIS build = a guided session with named, dated human decisions.
