A — Data-Dense Utilitarian, "The Ledger" (design/mockups/a-data-utilitarian.html): cool paper oklch(0.975 0.005 240) + ink + ONE cobalt oklch(0.5 0.19 262) (PASS-green confined to gate-table semantics) · Archivo 800/400 + JetBrains Mono tabular-nums on every datum · signature: the hero IS this build's live report card — an instrument panel whose unmeasurable cells stay honestly em-dashed ("measured at ship"). Canon: Type as Evidence, Framed Data, Three-Token Contract.
B — Editorial/Magazine, "The Dossier" (design/mockups/b-editorial-dossier.html): warm paper oklch(0.97 0.008 80) + ink + ONE oxblood oklch(0.45 0.16 25) (<5% of surface) · Instrument Serif display, italic as a weapon, over Public Sans · signature: the client's verbatim, dated checkpoint verdicts as full-bleed reversed-ink pull quotes; phases as oversized issue-number act markers. Canon: Type as Evidence, Scroll-as-Journey, Framed Data.
C — Dark Tech (earned), "The Terminal" (design/mockups/c-dark-terminal.html): warm black oklch(0.17 0.015 50) — no navy, no glow — + ONE terracotta oklch(0.66 0.15 45) (deliberate Claude Code kinship) · Space Grotesk + JetBrains Mono · signature: a real claude — ~/my-site terminal frame as the hero, verbatim install commands, paraphrased-and-captioned responses; typeable with tab-complete in the built site, degrading to exactly this transcript. Justification on file: the audience literally lives in Claude Code's terminal. Canon: Progressive Spectacle Tiers, Semantic Motion Only, Invert-the-Genre counter-move on palette.
