Reviews — ultraweb showcase
Engagement level: guided — set by default (the user asked for the guided session with default checkpoints). Scope: flagship — "go all out: award-worthy" (user's words). CP2 lives in design/MOCKUPS.md (Approved: C — The Terminal, round 1, 2026-08-14).
CP4 — First-page review
Presented: the built homepage at http://localhost:3000 — screenshots at 375 + 1440 (design/screenshots/cp4/), plus a live drive of the signature (typed status; the terminal printed this build's real receipts — terminal-status-proof.jpeg). Lead pre-review caught and fixed one defect before presenting: the terminal's Edge Bleed overshot the viewport by ~290px (grid-item percentage margin resolves against the grid area, not the container) — reworked to an exact viewport-edge calc; transcript fully readable. Vercel note: the ask-once question was answered at this checkpoint — the client authenticated Vercel CLI live ("i just connected it, you should now be able to use it"); verified vercel whoami → blyatiful1, project linked to ultraweb-site (team scope). CP6 gets a real preview URL. .env* confirmed git-ignored. Round 1 verdict: "Approve" — clean, no notes. Approved (round 1) — inner pages fan out inheriting the reviewed system.
CP6 — Preflight / UAT
Presented: 7/7 gates green (design/QA.md — anti-slop 0 fix rounds · code 1 · content 1 · responsive 2 · accessibility 2 · performance 0 · visual PASS on judge round 3 with all post-pass polish applied and the evidence folder re-shot to match the shipped build frame-for-frame). Lighthouse mobile across all six rooms: perf 96–99 · a11y 96–97 · bp 100 · seo 100 · CLS 0. Receipts regenerated from the artifacts (12/12 phases with measured windows · 22 phase commits · 50 committed captures · uncountables omitted). Evidence: 34 production captures in design/qa/, per-route + state shots; cp6-home-final-1440.png shows the finished report card. Preview URL: https://ultraweb-site-8pfgwwfda-iwan-brauns-projects.vercel.app (Ready; behind the client's own Vercel SSO — opens for them, not for the anonymous internet) · identical bits also on http://localhost:3001. Round 1 verdict: "make that happen" — ship approved, no notes. Approved (round 1) — CP6 closed.
Ship — 2026-08-19 19:02 UTC
The single push to main (the pipeline's one deploy for this repo) landed: 49fbc36..3a1434d, 24 phase commits published. GitHub-connected Vercel project built production ultraweb-site-mqimfzta1 → Ready; the errored raze deployment is superseded. Verified empirically, not assumed: ultraweb-site.vercel.app returns HTTP 200 with title "ultraweb — built by the thing it's selling"; all six rooms + an artifact page + the statically-served losing mockup return 200 (/craft /install /session /skills /receipts /receipts/brief /mockups/c-dark-terminal.html), an unknown path returns a real 404; production capture at 1440 renders the signature terminal, the honest-comparison section and the report card; zero console errors on the live origin. Note: the ship push followed the local build re-verified clean at 19:56 UTC — same tree as the gated build, so the green gate table in QA.md stands for the shipped bits.
